Her specific areas of expertise and experience include: • Organisational development: to facilitate the building or improvement of the organisation’s structure or operational framework. Christy believes a holistic approach is optimal: beginning with a review or development of a vision, mission, and core values; and then moving to analysis and documentation of core processes and organizational programs; and finally the development of indicators and measures to monitor and manage performance • Process improvement to enable more effective and efficient operations, including Review of current processes and programs, targets & goals, and areas for improvement, including working with the organizational management and staff to build capability and capacity to adapt to changing environments and challenges; and to build process management competencies for effective administration and measurement of their organisational priorities • Facilitation of seminars, workshops and meetings, including new project and initiative planning, monitoring & measuring, development of indicators and processes to use them, problem solving, and provision of client-focused leadership and management modules Before founding Davis Pacific Group and branching out into independent consultancy, Christy spent more than 12 years in management for FedEx, supporting the Asia Pacific Division from Tokyo and Hong Kong, as well as spending time in global operations from a corporate position. Christy holds an Executive MBA from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, a programme jointly offered with Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Washington, USA, in International Studies and Japan Regional Studies. |

She has project management, organisation, leadership, and facilitation capabilities with experience in private sector, civil society, education and UN environments, spanning multiple countries.
