Research projects

The  research team also plans and carries out rights-based, scientific research for other organizations as well as initiating research on topics identified as priority areas. Recent and current research includes:

    • Analytical study of benefits of children’s participation (Comparative research in seven Asian countries, for Plan Asia Regional Office)
    • Children’s perceptions of health, food and activity: Comparative study in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore (with National University of Singapore).
  •  How hard-to-reach children in Malaysia perceive their rights (research for the Children in Malaysia Report to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, funded by UNICEF Malaysia).
