is a knowledge-based organization, seeking to improve the information available for policies and programmes to improve children's rights.

Our strategy is to:

• Provide information through a knowledge base (library and database) reinforced by capacity building in research and by research projects;
• Identify gaps in information and fill them by publishing high-quality, low-cost books and manuals through the publishing division, Black on White Publications ;
• Identify specific priorities in the human rights of children where information is lacking or inadequate. Current priorities are:
  • Children's citizenship
  • Children with disabilities
  • Economic exploitation of children
  • Spirit of peace
